By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a request.
1. Turnaround Time (TAT)
- The estimated turnaround time for a commission is 3 to 6 days.
- The actual completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload.
- I will keep you updated on progress, and if any delays occur, I will inform you as soon as possible.2. Payment & Refund Polic
- No refunds. Once payment is made, it is final.
- I always offer two payment options: you can decide whether to pay the full amount up front or pay half now and half later.3. Copyright & Usage Policy
- As the artist, I retain full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell, or modify it without permission.
- If you share my art on any social media platform, proper credit is required.4. Commercial Use
- Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
- If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes, such as merchandise, branding, or promotions, an additional fee will apply.
- Please inform me beforehand if you intend to use the artwork commercially so we can discuss pricing and terms.5. Additional Notes
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
- I can post the commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio.
